Once again Sean Caulfield came to the rescue. When the Jeep Wrangler 4xE OTA update disabled my car he took the car in right away and fixed it within one day and was very courteous, patient and responsive. He is the best. Knows his technical stuff and the vehicles he services extremely well.
Bedford Jeep was the only Jeep dealer to take my Wrangler 4xe in to repair it after the update. I am really impressed with their willingness to assist and ability to repair my car with urgency. It’s working good as new now!
We got our dream Jeep thanks to Mike in sales. My fiancé and I are both in auto sales so it’s strange being a customer. That being said we have high expectations and standards due to that fact (we treat our customers the way we want to be treated). Between Mike and Giuseppe in finance they made the process a dream. We drove 2 hours away for great service and the perfect Jeep. I will recommend everyone here.
Very difficult to work with. I had a Jeep lease that was ending. I spoke to a sales rep about my options and had said I had decided not to get another Jeep. Their customer service continued to call maybe every 2-3 weeks for months even though I repeatedly told them to stop calling since I'd already spoke to their sales team. Then when I return the Jeep, the person that helped was openly rude to me and repeatedly interrupted my wife when she asked questions. Terrible and rude service department. Never has loaners, no loyalty if you bought there or somewhere else. Minivan had nothing but problems as their reliability stinks. You set an appointment to be told the car may not be looked at for days... No loaner so your out of a car for how long they want to string you on. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with.
