I had several SD Cards, USB's I wanted all put on 1 USB. Autumn took care of this for me. I also went in and used the Self Serve Koisk to look at my USB and SD cards. Autumn also helped me with this. Rick the manager showed me how to get "wallet" sized pictures which I did. I am veryPleased with Bedford's and plan on going back with any questions or needs I have with pictures etc. Thank You Autumn and Rick for your Help. Great Customer Service and Great attitudes! I stopped in this morning for an issue with a new-to-me lens. I worked with a young man named Dallas. He grabbed the bull by the horns and continued chasing the issues until he had them all resolved. Excellent customer service! I will definitely keep Bedford in mind the next time I have photography needs.
I was having trouble with my camera. I was greeted quickly by an employee. Thankfully it was a simple fix. They were very nice and helpful.
