Verry helpful and informative
I had questions about my grandma's film camera from the 70s and he was able to point me in the right direction. I really appreciate his advice despite not being a paying customer. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was even able to help me pull film out of a canister that got stuck. I would defintely return if I had a need for a camera.
I had several SD Cards, USB's I wanted all put on 1 USB. Autumn took care of this for me. I also went in and used the Self Serve Koisk to look at my USB and SD cards. Autumn also helped me with this. Rick the manager showed me how to get "wallet" sized pictures which I did. I am veryPleased with Bedford's and plan on going back with any questions or needs I have with pictures etc. Thank You Autumn and Rick for your Help. Great Customer Service and Great attitudes!
