Best retail experience of my last year. I'm a skeptic of retail in general, and usually an online shopper, but I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bedford, and with Rick (the store manager). I went in on a Saturday expecting to perhaps buy a single lens, but Rick patiently showed me all of the gear I was considering and then some. Nice place out in the country very nice
I was not greeted upon entering the store. There were 3 employees present. I asked 3 or so questions of an employee who was the youngest of the three. He seemed as though I was interrupting his conversation with another employee. I decided to order equipment from Amazon. The store was organized well and had nice equipment.
walked right in and got the lens i needed for a photo shoot i had later that evening. i was helped quickly and kindly, and will make this my go to camera needs shop!
