A tad late on my review, but I called about two weeks ago with a monitor calibration question. Mind you, I live in Oklahoma City and I had phoned Bedford's toll free, customer service line. The operator could not answer my question, but assured me that someone from one of their retail stores would call me directly. A few minutes passed and Ben rings my phone. I've used Bedfords for years and have always had excellent service and great quality product. I accidentally uploaded the wrong version of my Christmas cards and had them printed. When I pulled them out I noticed the errors. I swore I triple checked but somehow I printed them wrong. Called up to see what the ETA was to have new ones printed and they offered to cut the price of new cards for me. That was a huge help since I had ordered 50 and they also still let me use our Military Discount. Thank you guys!
Went into Bedford today with what I was pretty sure was a bent pin in my older Canon EOS Rebel. Erin confirmed what I thought, and sadly informed me that almost always these pins will break completely off when you try and straighten them. As we discussed this Anna came over and looked as well. I told them I had nothing to lose, to please try and straighten it, that I wouldn't hold them responsible or be mad if it broke. lol Anna gave it a shot, AND GOT IT!!!!!!!
