The WORST tow truck company on the planet. They told me 90 minutes, it literally took 5.5 hours. Do not use them under any circumstances

Terrible. Attempted to use their towing service. I was told the driver would "be there in 15 minutes". 45 minutes later the tow truck still hadn't arrived. I tried to call several times to find out when he would actually show up, and it went straight to voicemail several times. When I finally got ahold of the driver, he said he would be there in 5 minutes. I only gave it one star because that's the lowest it would allow me to give. Borderline racist and totally discriminating. Our church van needed a tow from Solon to Martin Luther King Jr blvd and they're exact words to me were, and I quote "sorry we don't go down to the ghetto." PRICELESS smh!
