RecommendedWe were having major issues with our van. The check engine light was on. Took it to auto parts store to have it checked with the computer diagnostic equipment. Took it to first shop and the “didn’t find anything” and cleared the code. One week later, driving back and forth from Bedford to Indy for oncology appts, it came on again. Does checks that are not requested by the customer,doesn't get permission to run them, then expects you to pay for them. Charges for diagnositc checks that other repair shops do for free. Beware!!!!!!!!!
Perfect bedside manner. I was pretty upset when I heard the price for a diagnostic test to determine what was wrong with my Fiat but they were to take the time to explain everything to me. It really wasn't a bad price I had just never experienced that before. I ended up junking/ selling my car, but I felt like I was able to make an educated decision after their assistance. I was also given cookies (???) which was a plus.
The staff is polite and professional. As a female I never felt intimidated or disrespected. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The customer service is above and beyond any other shop I’ve been to. Most importantly they fixed my car.
Knowledgeable mechanics were able to identify the problems that were caused by other local repair shops and correct the problems. Quality work, fair prices.
