Refuses "harder" jobs lol why are you even in the business?
Great service, quick for diagnose and fixing of my car! Reasonably priced and great communication.
I had some initial concerns during my experience with Bedford Auto Care, but I really appreciate how things were ultimately resolved. After some back-and-forth, we came to an agreement that worked for both sides. In the end, they were willing to work with me to find a fair solution, which I truly respect. It’s clear they care about making things right for their customers, and that kind of service goes a long way. Thank you for helping bring the situation to a good conclusion.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Bedford Auto Care was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in and clearly described the issue, but at no point did I sign a work order, authorize any repairs, or receive a written estimate — which is required by Ohio law for work exceeding $50. Despite this, I was charged $94 for an “inspection” and $143 for “insurance communication” that I never approved.
