There isn't anything I can say to explain how grateful I am to Scott. I've never had such an exceptional experience with a broker in my life, he actually cares and helps in any way he can in the process of renting an apartment. The management company they work with, Bedford Management, is terrible. I lived in one of the properties they manage and the didn’t fix anything, respond to tenants, and they lost 6 months worth of my rent and claimed I didn’t pay it. The building was overrun with rats to the point where there were dozens in the backyard at one point and they didn’t respond to the entire building asking for exterminators for months.

My roommate and I absolutely loved working with Brandon. He made the whole process of renting an apartment much more enjoyable than what we’ve previously dealt with. He was responsive and communicative. We also FaceTimed with Sarah and she was great. You can tell they work closely together. They were professional but made it much more comfortable so it didn’t feel like just a business transaction. Highly recommend their services! Thank you, Brandon.

Brandon was super helpful throughout the whole process although it was the beginning of the pandemic he still but his best foot and effort forward and was able to help me sign the lease of my liking. 10/10!
