Wonderful friendly service
Popped in randomly to look for a king size bed to replace my 15 year-old bed.Stephen met us immediately. He was helpful and knowledgeable. You will get a dose of goofy jokes with Stephen, but at the end of the day he took care of us. I bought a king size bed and was also given a set of king size sheets only to find out when I got home the fitted sheet was a queen size. Stephen made good on the manufacture error and replaced the sheets.
8/14/24 Walked in with my elderly client today. The gentleman with the suspenders was beyond nasty. We didn’t even get past the front door and she stated her budget and what she was looking for. He states very rudely “That isn’t a budget for a hybrid and if you are looking on Amazon for that, that isn’t a real hybrid-good-luck.” We thanked him and as we were leaving he said, “See you in a year.” I was so close to responding,” If your open!” The place was dead and I see why. Bought a few beds here in the last 5 years for us and the kids. Steve is super helpful, only ask for him. There was a different guy one day sitting on a bed with a woman, not sure if a customer or he brings his lady to work with him, and I asked a question about my delivery date and said I met Steve the week before.
