I went to this salon for the first time a few days ago, mostly because of the consistently good reviews I had seen online. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a warm smile. The staff was really friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. I decided to get a shellac manicure, and the technician Tia was amazing. I really appreciated her recommendations. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I can see why this salon has such great reviews.
This salon was recommended by my bestie, who has been going there for a while. I asked for Tia because my bestie has also had her. She was so kind and patient with me for my first visit there, and I'm absolutely in love with my nails! She kept checking in with me to make sure they were exactly as I wanted them, and she didn't mind when I switched it up and changed my mind a little bit halfway through. Could not ask for anything better.
**Update: I strongly do not recommend this nail salon. Two months ago, I had my nails removed at this salon, but their staff caused severe damage to my nails. Even now, my nails have not recovered. What’s worse, the staff member responsible was actually an experienced nail technician. After the incident, the salon owner reached out to me, saying they were willing to discuss and find a solution. Love this salon, my acrylic nails never break or chip for up to 4 weeks when I get them done here. Everywhere else I’ve been in the past, use lesser quality products. I find my nails chipping or breaking in less than 2 weeks. Always good colour options, friendly staff, clean tools and amazing shape on my nails! Thank you Kim
