Poor service and way too many "store policies." I just wanted to look at the dresses and wasn't allowed to look further once we had a certain number. Then had to redress in street clothes to look at more. Then was asked to not take any pictures unless I was buying that dress per "store policy." I'm not sure how they expect to sell any wedding attire if customers aren't allowed to compare across stores. Never had any issue from any of the other stores we've visited. We have bought my daughter's prom dresses for her junior and senior year here and had a great experience. Very friendly staff and always willing to help and actually took the dress off the mannequin for my daughter to try on. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
