Professional, courteous, fast.
Had questions about a repair that was performed on my truck and the Service manager Ray was rude and argumentative. I was calm and decided to walk away as you cannot communicate with someone like that and he then proceded to yell to me as I was walking away. VERY unprofessional and not the way anyone should do buisness. I recommend others to stay away from Chevrolet service if you ever want to question the repairs to you vehicle and want to be treated respectfully.
Wonderful dealership. My husband and I just bought our 4th truck in 4 years from them, and are working on a 5th truck now. Everyone there is nice and helpful. All our trucks are 3/4 ton or 1 tons and they make every effort to find what we need, even if it's not on their lot.
Just bought my new Chevy Silverado double cab. Keith Hayden is an awsome salesman. This is my 3rd new vehicle from bedard in 17 years my wife has purchased 6 new vehicles from nothing but great deals and awesome service from Brian Bedard and his sales team. One star is being generous. They took advantage of my aunt and grandmother.I had work done there and after doing front end suspension work they did not do an alignment. Took over 6 months to get my recall done. I needed a new transmission they took advantage of me and tried to only get me to buy a new one. It took my father to help me talk to them before they informed me they would be able to get a used transmutation for half the cost.
