Once upon a time, a bunch of friends planned a beach trip... that is to say, one marvelous friend busted her tail to plan an awesome getaway for a large group of friends. Vito, the owner, called me back within 15 minutes of my email being sent. He said that he doesn't keep a lot of flowers in his shop, but goes out and basically "builds to order" for his customers. He did a beautiful Mother's Day arrangement for us, and I will always be a client thanks to this personalized service.
I live in Montana and have a Great-Aunt in Rehoboth Beach. I needed someone to make my aunt feel special since I couldn't be there. I was looking for a florist that would give me that. Well, I sure found it. I called and talked to Vito, I didn't know he was the owner, until later. He called after he had delivered the flowers and explained what he had arranged. I called in the afternoon and ordered a dozen long stem roses to be made and delivered to my wife the following day. The owner accepted the call and made the order and delivered as promised. He even went a step further and called me from his personal phone to let me know he was carrying them in to hand them to her at work.
