Poor customer service and bad quality fabric! This review is long overdue. I'm very disappointed that the round quilt bed cover that I made to order from Bed Linens Etc., didnt even come close to the picture I emailed the owner to make for me. The round bed cover I asked him to make for me was the square quilted style and when I recieved the cover its jump and tack quilted style design. Terrible Customer Service Very disappointed. Received futon cover, which I thought would be seamless (except on sides where zipper is, but there were two vertical seams that came in about 12 inches from the sides. When I told the owner that I've had and looked at many covers, all of which were seamless, and did not expect or want this (nor was there a photo illustrating such seams), he questioned it as well, until he contacted manufacturer and was told that this was their design.
