When a manager says, "We've been in business for over 25 years. One unhappy customer doesn't worry us." We've bought every mattress for nearly 20 years from this company. The last one was delivered was significantly more uncomfortable than the demo mattress in the store. A rep from the LOCAL store was sent to our house and we were told, basically, "too bad." Have always done business from Bedland. You cannot beat their professionalism, knowledge of mattresses or the excellent customer service. They never tell you when it can be delivered to you—— they ask when you want it!! Could not ask for better service! Their delivery employees are so kind and professional also!
