Rich was an absolutely life saver for me this summer when I found myself dealing with bed bugs. Extremely knowledgeable and was there to support me at all steps of the process. Not only would my apartment be a mess, but I’d be a mess of anxiety if it weren’t for Rich. Great bed bug preparer, even better guy!
Rich was absolutely wonderful to work with. Dealing with something like this is so stressful and he was so helpful and reassuring through the whole process!! He was my saving grace during all this and I recommend him to anyone if they have to fight this battle!
Rich is really one of the kindest humans out there! So professional and caring. I called him panicking after bugs showed up in my apartment and my building hired an exterminator who sent a dog and "confirmed" it was bed bugs. Had amazing experience with Rich, the founder, when we had a bed bug scare. He drove 1h40min to Manhattan on a Sunday (!) to come evaluate the possible cost of the prep work our landlord was willing to pay after a dog alerted something in our bedroom, but the inspection didn’t find any physical evidence of the bed bug presence. Rich and his team are the best. Getting bed bugs is a nightmare--especially if you are a working professional and don't have the time for the extensive, time-consuming, complex, physically demanding preparation for the extermination. Rich and his crew took care of everything and were very thorough and efficient. Rich really went the extra mile when he made an extra trip back to my place because I'd accidentally let a bag containing my schedule get packed up.
