Had amazing experience with Rich, the founder, when we had a bed bug scare. He drove 1h40min to Manhattan on a Sunday (!) to come evaluate the possible cost of the prep work our landlord was willing to pay after a dog alerted something in our bedroom, but the inspection didn’t find any physical evidence of the bed bug presence. Getting bed bugs is a nightmare--especially if you are a working professional and don't have the time for the extensive, time-consuming, complex, physically demanding preparation for the extermination. Not long after Pest Prep NYC packed up all my possessions prior to my bed bug treatment, I discovered an unopened ink cartridge for my printer was missing from the things wrapped in clear plastic bags at the desk in my bedroom. I told the owner Rich at once.
