I recently had a heat treatment scheduled for Friday, 5/22/26 at 12 pm for bedbugs. At 1:45 pm, I called to ask about the arrival time, and the serviceman immediately became combative and canceled the appointment. Surprisingly, he also made some disrespectful racial remarks. i am still confused why he was so upset about me asking about the estimated time of arrival after not showing up at the scheduled time.
I rented heating equipment from Jeff with the bed bugs guys and he delivered it promptly, Explained how to use it, and the equipment worked perfectly. I was able to eradicate my bedbug problem Without any chemical chemicals. Thank you to Jeff with the Bed Bug Guys! I would recommend their services to anyone dealing with bed bugs or any pest problem.
