Was able to send photos for free to confirm if we had bed bugs or not (we did not) … was super friendly and helpful !!
I called because I have an urgent bed bug situation, and when I asked a question about the process of moving things out of the apartment, the person out of nowhere became upset and said “we can’t help you and we don’t want your business” and hung up. I genuinely do not know what happened or what sparked that.
I called Jeff at Bed Bug Guys and he came out the same day and thoroughly checked my apartment. The bad news was “you have bed bugs”, the good news was “I can get rid of them with heat and no chemicals”. It’s been a month now and no sign of BUGs. I recommend the Bed Bug Guys heat treatment.
Came next day to do an inspection and heat treatment.
