I recommended them to my mothers assisted living facility (Elder Homestead). I got them business as they came to treat her apartment. And after they finished treating my mom's unit, they made an absolute baseless false narrative & blind guess/prediction to the director there that the problem was just isolated in her unit ONLY and not in any other area's of the building . Bed Bug Guys are the most helpful people I’ve talked to. He took my call after business hours. He took his time to ask me about my situation before scheduling an inspection, and actually was able to tell me that my bite pattern doesn’t sound like bedbugs and I should inspect and treat for fleas instead. I don’t have words to say how much I appreciate this! It will likely save me many thousands of dollars and time and stress! And now I’ll be able to actually solve my bug problem.
