Great company
Steve helped me so much, He gave me so much advice on how to treat it and what the law is for bedbugs! If u need advice or extermination, THIS IS THE GUY! My stress has gone down thanks to the help!
I think they charged me to much and I think they gave me the wrong service but I don't see bedbugs I also don't think I ever had any in the first place I don't know.
If you have an issue, I highly recommend you call Steve. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly professional, a longstanding expert – and a wonderful human. He patiently spoke to me on the phone for 45 minutes early on a Sunday morning to alleviate my fears of a potential bed bug issue. I sent him pics and it turns out it was a beetle, which can sometimes get mistaken for a bed bug. I can't say enough about how amazing Steve treats his customers. Thanks again!
