Just like the other reviews, I couldn’t thank Matthew enough for taking the time to answer my questions and help me evaluate the situation over the phone!!! We went over if the black dots on my mattress could be bed bug excrements based on the number of bites I have on my body, and mostly ruled out the possibility of a bed bug infestation. There are many other possibilities such as mice mites or pigeon mites that will leave similar marks as bed bugs, or sometimes the bites could be from outdoors and only manifest after days ... read more
Not enough good words can be said about Matt and his company Bed Bug Exterminator NYC. He was attentive, helpful, and patient. He took time to explain and show me all the areas of my home that had opportunity for bugs/wildlife and then offered me solutions to adjust and fix. He helped me and my wife get rid of the long island crickets, as i call them, and also helped us eliminate termite problems. All at a reasonable price and his flexibility was unmatched!
