I called Matthew very early in the morning and he was on the phone with me while I inspected my room and sent photos. He was extremely, helpful, very nice and patient and I am eternally grateful for such nice service just over the phone - he was able to tell from the photos I shared with him that I did not have bed bugs. I would 100% choose him again and would go to him for any extermination help, if I needed. Thank you!!!
