I will say yes to their kindness, but no to their expertise. Their guarantee was 30 days for bedbug extermination, yet during that time, before 30 days are up, I found more. Yet they say they can’t do anything until after the 30 days are up. Why? Now they will have to charge us again, even though they were found on the 17th. My 30 days are not up until the 24th. They should not charge for having to do what wasn’t completed before the deadline. If I could do 0 stars, that would be my choice.
