Great and quick customer service I had about a product's details (as the colour was not 100% clear in the photo online) over the phone. Thanks Kirsten (hope I'm spelling that right) for your help :)
I had a really disappointing experience at this store. A staff member kept following us around and made a rude, mocking comment like “Are you guys still wandering around?” It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome, and I ended up putting back everything I wanted to buy and leaving the store. It’s frustrating to be treated that way just for browsing. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.
Excellent customer service from Jackie today. She went above and beyond explaining different types of quilt covers for my client and I. Even though we didnt buy anything i was more than happy with her friendly attitude and awesome customer service. Will be coming back on my own for bedding items and houseware. 10/10
