long-time client This is a fantastic boarding facility--large indoor areas with attached runs. I have kept my dogs there since they opened, and they have always tried very hard to please both me and the dogs. And I am a very picky dog mom! The staff always call me and my dog by name. Not Run Well Would not go back! When I arrived no one was at the front desk. The girl was apparently late to work. Then she couldn't find my dog when I arrived. How do you misplace someone's dog. Ridiculous! They first attempted to give me someone else's dog and said they left her in the grooming cage overnight. After I said, that's not my dog they kept looking. You have to see this place for yourself! I feel horrible that it has taken so long to write you guys a review just always so busy. I will say this you couldn't pay me to take my dog somewhere else and that's the truth.
Smells amazing for a dog kennel!! Im very impressed by how clean and good the placesmells. I have 2 smaller dogs who enjoyed their stay in the indoor room with a doggie door to outside. They fed my special needs dog boiled chicken that I had pre packeged, some kennels wouldnt accept my dogs food. I liked that they washed my dogs bed for me also. I will surely go back next time I leave town.
I have gone to them 3 times on a Saturday with Stephanie being the groomer all 3 times. I have given her the benefit of the doubt, so I kept going back. However, she kept cutting my dogs badly. She would cut one side short and leave the other side longer or leave random long hairs on their bellies, not cute their paw hairs evenly, and the last time, cut one of my Maltese ear hairs, but not the other, so his ear hairs are uneven. I will not be going back.
RecommendedI just wanted to say thank you so much to bed bath n' bonz! they took amazing care of my little fur baby Tuna while I was away! I loved seeing the pictures! they took care of Tuna as if she was their own baby. highly recommend them to anyone!
Had a horrible experience here today, received no service and was charged for it. Traumatized my dog and ripped me off. Will never return and recommend you don’t go.
