I am disgusted by the customer service. I ordered this fan two months ago. It stopped working all of a sudden I had an electrician out twice the wires inside a faulty. The mechanism of the fan is faulty also. This store refused to replace and give me a new fan that is not a lemon fan with a broken mechanism. They refuse to reimburse me. I recently had an issue with [celling fan/service] from Bed Bath & Beyond, and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was not satisfactory.
