the store was an absolute disaster with product all over the place (floors, shelves where it didn't belong, etc) as well as stacks of new merchandise on carts making it difficult to get around and already narrow aisle store. There were also multiple store use only ladders and carts scattered about and a few even labeled as broken, do not use! The staff really didn't see to want to be there at all.
