Great Customer Service I recently found draperies on clearance at the Nich. Rd location, but they had only 1 panel. I called the store back and talked to "Ann" in one of the departments and asked if they could check other locations for more panels. She went above and beyond my expectations for finding these for me - she followed up with me several times to ensure I had successfully picked them up!
