HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I just attempted to hold my first appointment as a new client. When I arranged the appointment I informed them that I do not choose to get X-rays, as a personal medical choice. I arrived and filled out all paperwork and then when I met the Hygienist I informed her of my personal medical choice and she refused to clean my teeth.
