OTR: Monday-Friday, 6am-10pm. No overnight parking on premises. 90 minutes max. But you can park in front of the gate, wait for open. Also, legal parking on the main road is in between fire hydrants / signs. Fast check-in. No idling. Slide tandems back. There is plenty of maneuvering space. Clean location. If Live Load, you must be out of the truck or disconnect from the trailer if you stay in the truck. Tight exit back onto main street. No smoking location.

I arrived at the facility before 9:00 AM this morning, but the security guard at the entrance was absent and informed me he’d return at 9:15 AM. After checking in, I received a paper stating the loading would be completed within 90 minutes, by 10:45 AM. It is now 10:55 AM, and I’ve been waiting at the assigned dock with no one coming to load or communicate with me. When I asked the security guard again, he casually said the staff went to lunch. I really wonder, is it reasonable to have lunch from 9:15 AM to nearly 11:00 AM? ... read more
