OTR: Not 24/7. Monday-Friday 6am-10pm. Gates closed. No longer 24/7. No overnight parking. There is plenty of maneuvering space. No bathroom is available. Good lighting. Light load. The trailer must be a food grade / medical grade. Clean and no holes.
