I would gave them Zero if there is any option , Zero respect for truckers They thinks truckers have no families or home they came here just yo check in and waiting on docks. If you are coming here 3 to 4 hours are minimum Timing

Front Gate People were absolutely fantastic, very responsive and quick to get me a dock door. Now we come to the actual loading part I’ve been sitting at my dock for almost 7 hours now waiting for my trailer to be loaded. If anything can describe this it’s the word Absurd. Very Unprofessional as this shows no respect to the drivers time, for no reason should my load be taking 7 hours to load and if so it should be told to the driver beforehand.
