NCR Customer service is the worst I ever had. Never respond soon any kind of urgent issue.

It takes too long to get the job done
I have been a n Aloha/BEC customer for nearly two decades and since the switch to NCR the customer service is TERRIBLE! Nobody answers the phone, zero support help, now they want to charge us for a simple programing change when we have a 24/7 support contract that we paid $900 for. If you have Aloha in Colorado you are now screwed! I am looking for a new POS system as we speak. This never happened in 20 years when it was BEC/POS. NCR SUCKS!
