We live in a property in Jacksonville, FL, (Barnett Building). I lived in this building for three years previously with very few issues. After moving away and returning in May, we began experiencing some ongoing building concerns, including intermittent marijuana smoke odor entering our unit in what is intended to be a smoke-free property. The building recently changed ownership, and we are currently working with the new corporate team to address these matters. We’re hopeful they will be resolved soon. Very poor management and no accountability. The properties are beautiful, but ethically they are in ruins. They don’t care about their residents, just their pockets.

Negative ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ could care less for those who spend BIG money to live at Central Park Apartments. Onsite management could care less nor does your company when issues are brought up. Shame Shame Shame. Paniers have been onsite for 2 weeks and can't even get one building completed. Most of this trash and microwave are in front of the model unit. They just pushed the AC units out of the way which was not necessary at all.
