Becovic management group does a good job over most management apartment complexes in Chicago at responding to maintenance issues and requests. They are a large company with many apartment buildings around Chicago. They make it easy to submit a maintenance request through their tenant portal. Need a nice place to rent at competitive rates check them out.

Agent incorrectly informed us of multiple things during our application process (floor plan & unit that we were accepted for) and stuck in a year lease for an overpriced unit. Video tour had incorrect info about unit. I recommend looking elsewhere.
