Hey everybody what they are saying about the employees is true about the apartments are true very clean very neat very organized so consider renting with the Becovic . Everyone in the office is very nice very professional very prompt and Jim is very soft spoken and professional as he show you the apartments and David is also excellent worker and of course all the ladies hey hey
We are small company and did some construction work. They refused to pay us, we trusted them because they seems have beautiful offices and seems big. However, they wouldn't even reply email or take phone call after our service. I waited very long to leave the bad review, because I always have my hopes up that they would actually pay us. Don't do business with them unless you get pay upfront.
I like the quick response to maintenance and repairs but because they took over a building that I live in two years ago I can see the difference in having a big management company to deal with then having a small owner. My apartment is affordable now because my rent is the same as when the old landlord left it, but when becovic took over they have been preparing the building for the highest bidder, no regards to the families and single parents who already live there and who are paying rent on time and who are good tenets.
