Becovic Management is definitely the best for finding your next home on the North Side. The staff helped us throughout the contract process, especially Melissa, who was very attentive. The move was quick and smooth. The apartment is clean and has beautiful views. The building at Sherwin Ave is always clean, has security, laundry facilities, and a delivery area. Jenny is a wonderful landlord who helped me get the apartment of my dreams, a $1700 Edgewater walk-up with a fitness center and in-unit laundry! It’s also a few minutes from the Red Line, two blocks from the lake, and right next to my gym! It’s a walker’s paradise! Honestly, Jenny made the whole moving process a lot more fun, personal, and reassuring… I have zero complaints! Best apartment and worker ever!
