Horrible experience. Inaccurate information on the appraisal & I had the documents to prove it. Don’t use this company unless you want to get ripped off
Very unprofessional and rude..
Beware! This appraiser gave us an estimated appraisal range of 180K - 200K and then appraised us at 165K Our house was appraised at 180K back in February of this year. We have since made some improvements. Now This appraiser says it worth 15K less. I don't believe it. I honestly feel I was lied to.
