I tried Beckys office . My loan was purchased almost within 3 weeks. Her company tried to make me make a payment after the whole loan was paid off. Not only was she trying to make more from the loan she went as far as to report it as unpaid payment to Uncle Sam. When a loan is purchased there is no balance or else the title is not clear. Unfortunately this office is not very trustworthy. I would recommend you reach out to Mr Cooper At least u can be reassured with a great company that has a backbone to justify it's charges.
Becky is amazing, helpful, kind, and absolutely lovely to work with! She made herself available to answer questions at all points of the home buying process and was extra flexible with us. She went out of her way to get us the best loan possible and walked us through every step. We couldn't have done it without Becky, she is a ROCKSTAR!
Becky did an outstanding job securing our loan. We were especially impressed with how she kept us informed about rates, watching for a lower one! We are thankful for her expertise, and without a doubt, would recommend her to others.
Communication was amazing, answered all questions we had, a lot of signing was done early on so we weren’t in closing very long
