Becky was fairly new at the business when we bought our home. We went with a 203k loan that includes the cost of renovation in the mortgage. Im a tough negotiator so I needed a realtor that wasn't shy about getting the best deal. Becky was great. She answered the phone and was responsive. She worked hard as a buyers agent to get the cost of the home down and cover closing costs. She was at the closing on time, early actually, and overall I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Becky was very easy to talk to and understood what we wanted. We lived out of state and she was eager to do everything she could to help. Becky would go to land sites we were interested in and take pictures and videos for us. She was constantly updating us on prospective properties. When we did decide on purchasing she lead us through the process and made sure we had all the information that we needed. We were impressed by her availability and eagerness to help us find land to build for our retirement.
Becky made my search for a home her search. From our first contact, she listened to my needs, tailored her searches to them, and found me my perfect home. I cannot recommend her more highly. Thank you, Becky!
