I was a tenant in a property her office listed. We had numerous issues with careless showing agents. The worst experience was after an agent showed the property, we found the lockbox still open and with our key inside swinging in the wind. Apparently the box had malfunctioned, and had been left open all day while we were working. We asked for a replacement box, the response we received from Becky & Courtney was "Could you please hide the key outside?". As a seller, we had to request a "For Sale" sign be installed on our property after Becky was informed that wire signs were acceptable per HOA rules. (We had been away when the house was listed, and when we came back to visit about a week later, no sign was present. Not super happy about that). Courtney was a phenomenal realtor for us. I never knew how much time, work, trouble, inconvenience and I’m sure stress that realtors go through until we worked with Courtney on finding our home. But that could just be who she is as a realtor. She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home and made all the processes enjoyable!
Courtney is AMAZING!! Without her, we wouldn’t have the home we so desperately wanted. She stuck by us for months, never giving up. She would meet us last second, change her schedule and do so much to accommodate us. Very happy customer!
