If you get Belinda for your move-out inspection, you better take pictures of every single wall, fixture, floor and everything before you leave or damages will be made after you leave. This happened to me and I had to pay hundreds of dollars on top of not getting my security deposit back. To make matters worse, the damages were not even repaired a year later when I came back thru town. I tried to fight it but without a lawyer I was helpless. Consider yourself warned!
