Refused to do my emissions because “I got in an argument with the last guy”. How is that my problem?
Bad service I don't know if it's the owner or a worker but what he does is talk on the phone I was more than 20 minutes for a test, I also had to knock on the door because it's locked there and it doesn't come out
Went there for testing, garage open and everything. I asked a guy if this was an emissions testing center and he pointed for me to go into garage. After pulling in the “Korean” guy walked up to my car, I rolled my tinted window down. He quickly said “machine not working”. Sooooooo why did the other guy direct me into garage, and why are the garage doors open if you’re out of commission. Seemed a little racist to me, but glad I didn’t spend my $ there, and get a failed report.
The korean guy doing the test was super Racist, automatically threatened to call the cops because my dad can’t speak English properly and he belittled him before even letting me translate what he said properly. I wouldn’t go here just for the simple lack of respect and he also took forever to show up to the post initially
