Very bad experience going here! Had electrolysis done and was severely over treated. I wouldn't have to leave a negative review but Becky continuously said no it's just your sensitive skin and don't worry it's normal, if she was just honest and showed a bit of compassion to try and help repair the damage I'd probably be a little less disappointed. I had tried electrolysis once before with limited success. I was keen to avoid laser as it's much less effective on fair or red hair and wanted a permanent solution once and for all. I'm so glad I tried electrolysis with Becky. I think finding the right practitioner is key. I used topical anesthetic (emla cream) on the chin and upper lip before a treatment.
