My realtor had to fight tooth and nail just for us to even look at the house that was up for rent/sale. Not only did Becky ignore her calls and texts, but went with someone else. Isn’t there an ethic code realtors go by? She easily could’ve had said that the house wasn’t available, therefore not getting my family’s hopes up that we could possibly rent and then buy later down the road. Clearly she does not communicate well. Don’t waste your time like I did.

I have known Becky Coen as a realtor since 1999 when she helped me buy my second home. Becky is always reliable always willing to go the extra mile in helping to find the perfect home. Becky takes good care of her clients, and she will look out in behalf of their best interest. I recommend Becky Coen she is a great Real State Agent.

She has a wealth of information about the entire Valley since she is a native. She makes every step of a complex and stressful process as easy and stress free as possible. this was the 5th home sale and purchase and was stunned at the level of service! Becky is by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with! From beginning to end on both the sale and purchase, she was there for every step. I talked to at least 10-15 realtors in preparation for this transaction and at least worked with 7 others in the past and none compare. None even come close!
