I recently visited Becky Bangs salon for a perm touch-up and left disappointed. Despite my clear instructions, Becky skipped steps in the process and I ended up with straight hair. She blamed her mistake on multitasking while cutting my husband hair. When he requested an eyebrow wax, she yelled that men don't need eyebrow waxing, which felt discriminatory. She discriminat against men saying we r men we shouldn't get our eyebrows wax an cleaned up an u can look up anywhere a lot of men get that service done an she said it out loud an ppl inside laughed an I felt humiliated an plus she cut my hair to short definitely not ever going there

The owner is mouthy and thinks she knows everything. Just because you have an opinion doesn't mean it's right. She needs a reality check because her rudeness is so ugly.....

I went into the salon today with my hair already permed, looking to touch it up, and walked out with straight hair. The stylist/owner named Becky, skipped several steps in the perm process, so I had to go somewhere else and have my perm redone by someone who specializes in perms. I spent 7 hours in the salon in one day trying to fix this mess and thankfully I found someone with 37 years of experience to help me last minute. I have had a hard time finding a good hair stylist, so I decided to take a chance on Becky. She did an amazing job. One thing I thought maybe could be better is the salon cleanliness. Its a bit dirty looking and cluttered, but overall, Becky is great!
