I don't normally write many reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to make sure to write a detailed one about Pat and the Beckworth team. Our home is around 20 years old and still had the old builder-grade windows throughout. Roughly 5 months ago we signed a contract with Pat Sowers, a wonderful guy who gave us a good price and lots of reassurance along the way. The office project manager (Raoul) scheduled delivery of product on Aug 20 and the supplies came exactly as described. Weather and another project were accomodated nicely. What's unfortunate is that you felt the need to post a response when I didn't even post a review in the first place. So if I must say something I will, you sent me in to do major remodeling work with no plans and no permits yet you told the customer that everything was fine. You use 1099s like they are gift cards, you have no actual people that you can say are yours, there is a reason that all of your customers see multiple Carpenters cycle through their house, because good honest men don't work for guys like you for very lo... read more
I am very pleased with our experience with Beckworth LLC at this early stage of our project. In particular, Patrick Sowers, a partner in the firm, has been a superior sales representative. We just agreed on a price for a complete new Hardie plank siding installation to be scheduled within several weeks. The price was good but the most distinguishing aspect was Pat's follow-through.
