The lady is against people with Disability I call to ask do they accept people with disability checks she said no I won't qualified and that was it I don't understand every apartment in roanoke rapids is against people with Disability there close to 10 apartment and only 2 apartment will use disability to help with the price of the apartment

I lived there for 8 years and had no complaints till 2009 when they hired a new office manager, snd she was a crook, we hurried up and moved!!

Stayed there a year never had a problem management was great . And would move back there.

I love this place I basically grew up here!! The currant manager is Tammy and she is just the nicest person you could ever possibly meet! The "handy man" is currently Tim McCurry son in law to the owner Ted Lancaster. Tim is just wonderful he works late hours just for the tenets! Ted Lancaster the owner is on sight a few times a week. The apartments have two garbage bins and two places to do your laundry. The mail slots are right across from the main office. I really recommend these apartments contact the office now!!
