I had my furnace stop last night. Called today. They came in a few hours. Got it running. Matthew did a great job I asked him a ton questions while he was figuring it out. I wanted to understand how it worked. I will absolutely call them again. They did a great job I appreciate that. If you have a repair or something with your furnace or air call these guys first. Please. They are honest and I appreciate that. It was a simple fix that was all it was . But something I had no clue about. Thank you for being honest about it.
Adam and Matt were just here to offer us an estimate on new furnace and AC systems. They were extremely thorough in explaining our options. And while being very professional, they were very kind in taking their time with us. We very much appreciated their service today.
The owner got Mike the repair man out the next day. And the problem was fix the following day. Couldn’t say enough about Mike.
My furnace would not light. I called and they came out the next day. Now bear in mind my furnace was 31 years old. So a new furnace was needed. Less than two days later I had a new furnace put in. It was awesome. Thank you Beckwith for responding so quickly.
I highly recommend Beckwith Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC needs! My first experience was when Technician Adam came out and got my old AC unit working again, and then DJ and Ted were just here yesterday installing my new HVAC system. All three were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate. They took extra care to protect the new carpeting in my finished basement, which I greatly appreciate.
