Life-savers! This relates to an experience we had in late July 2024, but circumstances outside of my control prevented me from giving it the attention it deserved, until now. We were returning to Ottawa/Gatineau from seeing relatives in Perth, ON, when a worrisome thunking sound took us off the road. Been coming to Beckwith Auto Centre since moving to the area 5 years ago. The owner/operator -Al is courteous and honest. He has gone out of his way to help with repair issues with vehicles under manufacture’s warranty. Advocating for the customer and getting the repair covered under warranty by the dealer. Instead of looking to take your $, Al seeks ways to save you $ if it isn’t detrimental to the vehicle. Only does the service that is necessary no up selling here.
