I'm adding more to an earlier post (3 years ago) about how great Beckstrom is after another recent service. I can't say enough good about their service and work!! They have always been very friendly, honest, fair-priced, and fast with their excellent work!! They're a 10 out of 10 business!! These guys are awesome. This is the 3rd time I've needed to use their services and their work and customer care is excellent!!
Hoping to prevent others from going through what we did dealing with Beckstrom Body Shop on Lincoln in Ogden, they don't even deserve 1 star. Took our 1960 CJ Jeep for restoration work last spring, yes over a year ago. We drove the jeep there but it had to be towed back to my house. Thinking they were doing that as a nice gesture and there was no mention from them that it wasn't running so I thought it was finally done...WRONG. I highly recommend Beckstrom Body Shop. They treated me so fairly and professionally when I had some damage to my car door. They are easy to work with and very responsive.
I am so grateful to have found this body shop. They have saved me thousands in repairs that were originally performed at another shop that were both not completed or done poorly and I had to re-open my insurance claim. Beckstroms was able to diagnose the problem, work with the other parties insurance and re-do some of the suspension work that had been performed elsewhere and was able to get my Audi back on the road in great condition. **Update:** I took my car to a transmission shop today because I was still having headlight issues. They found replacement headlights at a junkyard and had everything fixed in one day. They also found my old headlights had been glued in, so changing a bulb would’ve been impossible, and they weren’t aimed right one was pointing up and the other down. I’m just really frustrated because after almost 8 months of getting limited updates that were mostly about the headlights, another shop fixed the problem in one day. I’m not sayi... read more
