Living at The Beckstone has completely ruined other apartment complexes for me. Like, how am I supposed to go anywhere else after this? The staff actually care, which feels illegal in today’s economy. I’ll put in a maintenance request and—boom—someone’s at my door so fast I start wondering if they’ve been hiding in the bushes just waiting for something to break. The pool? The staff at Beckstone is absolutely amazing! They are professional and caring. You can’t go wrong with choosing them! They take care of their property and their residents to the best of their ability!
Overall my experience with the staff members has been pleasant. The communication from the staff that were involved met my expectations and they were able to address my areas of concerns quickly.
