I have a 2013 Volkswagen Passat and beck's was one of the only places that could do certain repairs, since a lot of the mechanics and shops said they aren't familiar with VWs. It's kinda hard to get a hold of him, since he's usually in the shop by his self. So you'll most likely have to leave a voicemail and wait on a call.
