Initial wash left my car looking dirtier than when I pulled in, and nobody was answering the phone when I called about it. I drove back over in person to get it sorted. The front desk interaction wasn't great, but the manager stepped up, rewashed it with their top option, and made sure all the spots were completely gone. Appreciate him making it right!
Many of the "free vacuums" don't work and some don't even have hoses attached to the piping.
If you buy the ultimate wash which is to include shammy and wheel shine. It never does, it avoid its everytime. If I buy the lower and spend MORE to add it on, it will include it. No one is in the office or answers to get a refund. Really shady business, I paid to have water spots... Avoid this place.
