Becks Auto Group sold me a car via the internet. It arrived sooner than I thought. The car is just as described and in the pictures. The only thing I wanted was to let me know a little sooner when it was being delivered. The car needed a good washing too. Seems it was under some leaves at the dealership. Otherwise, a great car and dealership.
Had a VERY bad experience with this dealership.they are Very DISHONEST. I bought a Mazda and the transmission went out in 3 days, gave me a rental and it broke down o I-75 the SAME day. Coming from Louisville, KY is not a pleasant drive itself, but the guys who work there made it really worth of driving 2 hours. My sister-in-law recommended me this place. Before I decided to drive there, I called them and the guy (don't remember his name) gave me all the information I needed. When I got there, I was very welcomed. Really nice staff. We got the car my son wanted and left the place feeling very satisfied.
I purchased a car not too long ago. The employees made the process very quick and easy. Very good service and reasonable prices. Thank you again.
Beck's Auto Group was easy to deal with and was not trying to play games. They gave me a fair offer on my trade-in and the price on the car was within my budget. I live in Covington, KY so the drive was quite long, but it was well worth it. I got a great car with low mileage and my family is very pleased with our choice.
