I have a warranty from Jensen. Beckman purchased the company, but refuses to honor the warranty. Please know that when you deal with them, they are not trustworthy and do not deserve your business. There are plenty of quality HVAC contractors out there - give your business to them instead. PS. I am updating my review. It's always great when the owner of the company responds. A few days before the in-laws were coming into town for the weekend, our fairly dated AC unit decided to quit on us. I reached out to Beckman Services in desperate need to have a new unit installed ASAP. They were able to squeeze us in given the circumstances shortly before they arrived. The crew was right on time, knocked out the install with ease and were extremely polite. I’m very pleased with the level of service and responsiveness. 10/10 would recommend
